• Optional Community Sharing: Share optimized prompts with the recmd.ai community platform

In essence, PromptBear serves as an intelligent intermediary that enhances your communication with AI systems, ensuring you get better results with less trial and error.

3. User Accounts and Credits

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Each prompt generation or execution costs 1 credit
• Credits can be earned through advertisement engagement
• Credits may be awarded for daily activity and user engagement
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or refunded
• We reserve the right to modify the credit system at any time

4. Third-Party Content Sharing (recmd.ai Integration)

• Completely Optional: Sharing only occurs when you explicitly click the "Export to recmd.ai" button
• User-Initiated: We never automatically share your content without your explicit consent
• No Data Storage: PromptBear does not store prompts or personal data - content is transmitted directly to recmd.ai upon your request
• Proxy Account: All shared content appears on recmd.ai under the username "PromptBear" rather than your personal identity
• Shared Information Includes:
  • Your original question/request (exactly as you typed it)
  • The optimized prompt generated by our service
  • Category classification and basic metadata
  • Important: Any personal data, confidential information, or inappropriate content in your original input will be shared - you are solely responsible for ensuring your input is appropriate for public sharing
• recmd.ai Responsibility: Once shared, your content becomes subject to recmd.ai's terms of service and privacy policy
• Open Community Interactions: Once shared on recmd.ai, your content becomes part of an open community where:
  • Community members and visitors can view, copy, and share your content
  • Users can vote on, comment on, or provide feedback about your prompts
  • Content may be used by others for learning and improving their own AI interactions
  • Community members can report inappropriate or problematic content
  • Your contribution helps build a collaborative knowledge base for AI prompt engineering
• Content Removal Options: You have multiple ways to request removal of shared content:
  • Contact recmd.ai directly to request removal
  • Use recmd.ai's community reporting system to flag inappropriate content
  • Report content through recmd.ai's content moderation processes
  • Note that recmd.ai may also remove content that violates their community guidelines
• User Consent and GDPR Compliance: By clicking the export button, you confirm that:
  • You have obtained all necessary consents to share personal data (if any) contained in your prompt
  • You comply with GDPR Article 6 (lawful basis) and Article 7 (conditions for consent) if sharing EU resident data
  • You comply with CCPA and other applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction
  • You accept full responsibility for any data protection violations resulting from your export action
  • You understand that recmd.ai will process shared content under their own privacy policy and legal obligations

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

By using our Service, you agree that:

• You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service
• You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your input for prompt generation
• Generated prompts are provided "as-is" for your use
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated prompts complies with applicable laws
• When sharing content with recmd.ai, you grant them rights as specified in their terms of service

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To generate content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or promotes violence
• To infringe upon intellectual property rights of others

• To input personal data, private information, or confidential data of any individual or organization

• No Confidential Information: You agree not to input proprietary, confidential, or sensitive business information
• Copyright Compliance: You agree not to input copyrighted text, trade secrets, or other protected intellectual property

7.2 PromptBear Liability Disclaimer

PromptBear expressly disclaims all liability for user-generated content:

• No Content Review: We do not review, monitor, or screen user input before processing
• No Liability for Personal Data: We are not responsible for any personal data, private information, or confidential content you choose to input
• No Liability for Illegal Content: We are not responsible for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content in your prompts
• Processing Disclaimer: We process your input "as-is" without verification of legality, appropriateness, or accuracy
• Third-Party Sharing Risks: If you export content to recmd.ai, any personal data or inappropriate content becomes your sole responsibility
• Open Community Exposure: Content shared to recmd.ai becomes publicly available in an open community where it may be copied, shared, voted on, or commented upon by anyone
• Content Moderation: While recmd.ai has community reporting and content moderation systems, we are not responsible for their moderation decisions or timing

• We reserve the right to refuse processing prompts that clearly contain illegal or harmful content
• We may implement automated filters to detect and block certain types of problematic content
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these content guidelines
• Content filtering is provided as a courtesy and does not create any obligation or liability on our part

7.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PromptBear, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service and any content you input
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Your inclusion of personal data, confidential information, or illegal content in prompts
• Any privacy violations or data breaches resulting from your input content
• Any violations of GDPR, CCPA, or other data privacy laws arising from your use of the Service
• Any third-party claims arising from content you shared via our Service
• Any regulatory fines, penalties, or enforcement actions related to your content or sharing activities

8. Advertising and Third-Party Services
